Yoga Everyday!
Come ready to practice yoga and meditation every morning, sometimes evening if time and energy allow. We will breathe, stretch, connect and share to prepare for the big activities ahead.
Expect a restorative, slow flow with standing, balancing and seated poses, accessible backbends, twists and hip openers, plus a blissful meditation at the end.
You will walk out feeling restored, calm and centered, hopefully with a smile on your face.
No previous Yoga experienced required, All body types welcome!
